He was predeceased by: his parents, William Regan and Margaret Regan; his siblings, William, Joseph, Donald, Thomas, Charles and Margaret; and his grandson Brayden Vassello.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy Wallace Regan; his daughter Casey (Ryan); his granddaughter Sophia; his siblings, Jerome (Cathy), Pat Donnelly (James) and Marian (Carlos Smith Jr.); and his sisters-in-law, Jean and Kathleen Regan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home (89 Park Ave, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Nicholas St. Mary Parish (226 S Washington St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Nicholas Cemetery.
