She was predeceased by: her father George Watkins; her husband Stanley Blazick; her daughter-in-law Joann Blazick; and her sister Ann Juan Pelusio. She is survived by: her children, Stanley, Maureen Blazick, Mary Blazick Gronka, Francine, George Wolfe and Christine Skrepenak; her grandchildren, Thomas, Alexa Paul, Chelsea Skrepenak Corby, Martha Corby, Hope Wolfe, Faith Wolfe and Joshua Gronka; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Colt Paul; and her siblings, Drew Zagorski and Dolly Krushank. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
