With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Miriam Obeid (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Obeid and Jennie Obeid (Solomon); her brothers, Joseph, Robert, James, William and Charles; her sister-in-law Eleanor Obeid; her nieces, Kim Obeid, Marianne, Sharon and Renee; and her nephew David Obeid.
She is survived by: her nephew Jay Obeid; her niece Audora; her sister-in-law Dorothy Obeid; her nephews, Robert, Rich and Michael; her niece Pam; her sister-in-law Lola Obeid; her sister-in-law Leona Obeid; her nieces and nephews, William, Douglas, Julie and Jennifer; her sister-in-law Catherine Obeid; her nieces and nephews, Charles, Lynn and Colleen; and also Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church (905 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702).
