She is survived by: her parents, Linda and Mike; her fiancé Gregory Freitas; and her sisters, Ashley Evans of Wilkes-Barre and Amber Evans of Wilkes-Barre. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins, former patients and dear friends.
