We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 79, Patricia A. McCoard of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Charles Bails; and her daughter Ethel McCloud. She is survived by : her mother Connie Bails (Garry); her caregivers, Miss Nia M. Pettiford of Old Forge and Kenneth McCloud of Plymouth; and also Danielle McCloud of Warrior Run. She is also survived by Two sisters; one brother; numerous nieces, nephews, fellow congregants and dear friends.
