He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Bielecki and Mary Bielecki (Chupka); and his son Peter Paul Bielecki Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Peggy C. Campbell; his sister Mary Ann Charneski; his sister-in-law Betty Emery; his son James Bielecki of Dallas; his grandchildren, Peter Paul Bielecki III and Justine Paige Bielecki; his siblings, Frank Bielecki (Sylvia) of Nanticoke, James Bielecki of Nevada, Theresa Bielecki and Leon Charneski of Wilkes-Barre; and his niece Tara Cooley of Belton.
