He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip and Mary Censulla, Sr. (Knopick); and his brother Jacob J. Censulla. He is survived by: his friends, Rosalie "Rae" Anusiewicz, West of Wyoming, Butch Papp and Carol; Linda Modrow.
