She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Dress and Barbara Kaiser Dress; her husband Robert W. Heck Sr.; her son-in-law Ronald Poharski; and her siblings, Frances Jacobs, Dolores Wallace, Rita Martin, Lawrence, Bernard, Gerard, William, Charles and James Dress.
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Heck Jr. (Tina), Ronald Heck (Brenda), Richard Heck (Sheila) and Renee M. Poharski of North Augusta, SC; and her sister-in-law Jean Dress. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home (89 Park Ave, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Parish at St. Aloysius Church (143 Division St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
