He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mills, Sr. and Neva Barber (Golder); his stepfather Raymond Barber; his siblings, Beverly Mills and Joseph Mills; his stepbrothers, Jerry, Timothy and Raymond Barber, Jr.; his son-in-law Willima Barber; and his granddaughter Tara Johnson.
He is survived by: his close friend Dorothy; his daughters, Brenda Mills of Wyalusing and Tammy Barber (Marlene Sneed) of Forty Fort; his stepdaughters, Linda Ross (Christopher) of Turbotville and Deborah Kriner; his stepsiblings, Theodore Barber of Md and Linda Barber of Williamsport; and his grandchildren, Amber Fitzwater, Shayne Barber and Rebecca Moon. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
