She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Dos Santos; her parents, William E. Bowyer and Beatrice Y. Bowyer (Fraizer); her sons, Richard and Michael Felt; and her brother Charles Bowyer.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Felt of Williamsport, William Felt of Baldwinsville, N. Y. and Peter Felt of Oswego, N. Y.; and her sister Geraldine Mason of East Bridgewater, Mass.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
