He was predeceased by: his parents, Clellon E. Folmar, and Vonnell Folmar, Sr. (Powell); his son James Folmar; and his siblings, Nadine Hazen (Richard) and Edward "Burley" Folmar.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Folmar (Getgen); his children, Clellon E. "Clell" Folmar, III (Becky), Joseph Folmar (Denise), Mike Folmar, Susan Scanlan (Randy) and Tammy Lorson (Scott); his daughters-in-law, Tammy Folmar and Michelle Folmar; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Waldt (Ryan), Alex Folmar (Shelby), Richelle Haffley (Matt), Ryan Scanlan (Chelsy), Travis Scanlan (Amber), Benjamin Folmar, Lindsay Folmar, Taylor McPherson (Derrick), Colton Folmar, Kelsey Folmar, Cody Lorson (Kaitlin), Dillon Lorson and Hunter Lorson. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home (1002 Allegheny St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Lukes Roman Catholic Church (118 Kendall Ave, Jersey Shore, PA 17740).
