She is survived by: her parents, Richard Hall and Janet Hall (Colvin); her son Richard Wheeler; her grandchildren, Cain Wheeler, Cierra Wheeler, Drew Morgret, Clint Wheeler, Ridge Wheeler and Caleb Neidig; her sibling's children, Demi, Maddie Work and Trevor Hall; and her daughter-in-law Tehani Weaver.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cynthia's name to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Rd, Williamsport, PA 17701.
