He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Weaver and Helen Weaver (Guisewite); his wife Mildred Austin; his daughter Ida; his granddaughter Vanessa; and his siblings, Jesse, Carl Weaver and Irene Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Richard R. Weaver of Williamsport; his stepdaughter Donna Meczywor (Walter) of Shippensburg; and his siblings, Richard R. Weaver (Virginia) of Williamsport, Larry Weaver (Ciman) of Williamsport, Jerry Weaver of Williamsport, Shirley Guthrie of Williamsport and Martha Fritz of Williamsport. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
