He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. Nolan Smith and Jane Hays Stearns Smith; his daughter Ila Zee Sturges of Andover, KS.; his siblings, Katherine L. Mextorf (Richard) of Hamburg, Margaret H. Smith (Jim Huffman) of Montoursville, Matthew G. Smith of Montoursville and J. Scott McNeill of Nisbet; and his girlfriend Mary Millis McLaughlin of Winston-Salem, NC..
Interment will be at his family's convenience and his family suggests contributions be made to the North Central Pennsylvania Conservancy 330 Government Pl., Williamsport, PA 17701.
