She was predeceased by : her parents, J. Richard Churba and Helen M. Churba (Mahonski); and her siblings, Mary Ann Churba and Ronald R. Churba. She is survived by : her husband Ben; her children, Maria Pulizzi, Michelle Pulizzi, Benjamin Pulizzi (Jodi) and Kathleen Borgess (Andrew); her grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Zachary, Kathryn, Camron, Mia, Nina, Bella, Sophia, Gianna and Grayson; her great grandchildren, Ava, Enzo, LaRue, Atreyu, Thomas and Angelo; and her siblings, Patricia Walters (Ray), Arlene Wood (Fred), Ellen Sue Emerick (Rick) and Richard Churba (Myreta).
