Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeffrey Foulkrod of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 52, on May 7, 2021. He was predeceased by: his father Harry Foulkrod; and his sister Laurie White-Hill. He is survived by: his mother Doris Campbell Foulkrod; his wife Catherine Foulkrod (Vittorio); his children, Nicholas Foulkrod and Felicia Harer; his siblings, Beverly Parker, Mike, Kevin, Sheridan and Allen Foulkrod; his stepsisters, Dawn Hill and Kelly; and his aunt Rebecca Hazel. He is also survived by four granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
