Joan L. Livingston Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan L. Livingston of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis A. Overdurf and Gladys L. Rissell Overdurf; and her husband Jack H. Livingston. She is survived by: her daughter Lesley of Lewisburg; her grandchildren, Jennifer Clark Tebbs of Williamsport and Bradley Livingston Tebbs of Louisville, KY; her granddaughter-in-law Shawna; and her great grandchild Jackson Cole Tebbs.

Upon her cremation, she will be interred in the Montoursville Cemetery and per her request, she wanted no flowers or service. Because she loved dogs and always had one, if you are so inclined, donations may be made to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
