He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Robinson, and Cozy Robinson, Sr. (Morris); his son Samuel M. Strothers; and his sister JoAnn C. Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Robin M. Robinson (Cooper); his children, Angel N. Strothers of Williamsport and Duane Strothers of Georgia; and his sister Judith A. Lewis of Upper Marlboro, MD. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
