He was predeceased by: his parents, Reynold Ross and Edna Ross. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine M. Ross; his sons, Frederick C. Ross (Susan) of Towson, MD and Christian G. Ross of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Charlotte B. and Frederick J. Ross of Towson, MD.; and his brother Rolfe Ross. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
