He is survived by: his parents, Nicholas E. Cioffi and Anne M. Cioffi (Mangiardi); his wife Barbara L. Holliday; his children, Meredith C. Wenz (Keith) of Lancaster and Michael A. Cioffi (Sarah) of Clifton, VA; his grandchildren, Avery, Emersyn Wenz and Porter Cioffi; and his siblings, Janice M. Frank (Lee) and Ronald E. Cioffi (Patricia).
