Lumbard (Swinehart); his parents, Albert Lumbard and Shirley Lumbard (Hill); his children, Richard Lumbard (Danielle) of Duboistown, Heather Fuller (Kenny) of Tampa, FL, Sean Lumbard (Charlene) of Tampa, FL, Kevin Lumbard of Williamsport and Courtney Lumbard (Thomas) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Caleb, Logan, Madelynn, Kiersten, Lily, Chase, Gavin, Avery, Carter and Ellie; his great grandchild Amelia; his siblings, John, Sr., Ronald, Charlie "Joe" Lumbard and Cheryl Kontz; and his close friends, Jen and Erik Burkholder. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends.
