He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gibbs, Sr. and Edna Gibbs (Able); and his siblings, Dawn Swartz, Robert Gibbs, Jr., Michael Gibbs and H. Ray Gibbs.
He is survived by: his son James D. Gibbs of Williamsport; and his sisters, Cathy E. Gibbs of Williamsport and Rose M. Royer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Green Lawn Memorial Park (62 PA-54, Montgomery, PA 17752).
