He is survived by: his parents, William A. Watkins Sr. and Michele Confer (Tricia Tawney Watkins) of Jersey Shore; his siblings, Lakota Watkins, Hunter Watkins, Opal Trent of Williamsport, Trevor Confer of Jersey Shore, Nicole Watkins (Jonathan Morales) of Jersey Shore and Curtis Trent Jr. (Brittany) of Jersey Shore; his stepbrothers, Harley Watkins of Beech Creek and Andrew Watkins of Avis; and his grandparents, Rosemary Confer of Florida and David Watkins of Lock Haven. He is also survived by five nieces, three nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
