She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Miller and Lida Cole Miller; her husband Joseph F. Welsh, Sr.; her son James P. Welsh; and her siblings, Lorraine, Lane and Lawrence.
She is survived by : her children, Joanne E. Ulsh (Roger), Joseph F. Welsh, Jr. (Patti), John M. Welsh (Cindy), Francis J. Welsh (Cathy), Memphis and Christopher R. Welsh (Tansy); and her daughter-in-law Barb Welsh Mace. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren 22 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
