It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Barkos of Williamstown, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Barkos and Jeraldine Barkos (Hand); his siblings, George Barkos, Jr. and Debra Reynolds (Barkos); and his daughter Erin Barkos.
He is survived by : his wife Ellen Barkos (Warfield); his children, Michelle, Keith Flynn of Tower City, Carla, Sam Wynn of Williamstown, Nicole and Joe Corallo of East Berlin; his grandchildren, Elise, Torre Mangine, Sarah, Steve Kowalchick, Jacob Wynn, Alison Schuetz, Luke, Veronica Wynn, Violet, Blu and Jade Corallo; and his great grandchildren, Leo, Milo Mangine, Emma and Ava Kowalchick. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations should be made in his memory to the Williamstown American Legion, 123 W. Market Street, Williamstown, PA 17098.
