She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Bob" Blazevich; her parents, Jacob Puljack and Jennie Puljack (Zubovich); and her sisters, Betty Planich (Mike) and Anna Mae Sardello.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert J. (Diana) and James P. Blazevich (Lisa); her grandchildren, Clinton (Brandy), Christian (Alicia), Davis (Laura), Parker (Leslie) and Jeb (Addy); and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Payton, Jocelyn, Josie and Helena. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
