With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catharine Czapp of Wilmore, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 20, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Pershing and Marguerite C. Pershing (George); her husband Michael Czapp; her brothers, John, William and George Pershing; her son-in-law Ira Korin; her children, Tony Czapp of Wilmore, Michael Czapp (Lisa Kline) of Wilmore, Kathleen Czapp of Portage and Donna Korin of Portage; her grandchildren, Denelle Weller (Mark Dreibelbis), Joshua Korin (LeAnne), Brittany Sawko (Mike), Katie Czapp (David Engleka) and Tristen; and her mothers-in-law, Bertha Pershing, Ruby Pershing and Ann Pershing. She was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Windber Hospice.
