He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Skrout and Mary Skrout (Kick); his wife Elizabeth Ann; his daughter Patricia Skrout; his grandsons, Joey Orlowsky and Charles Skrout; his brothers, William and James Skrout; his children, Vicki Cummings and Scott Skout (Stacy); and his sibling Margarie Louder. He was also cherished by his 4 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
