She was predeceased by: her mother Betty "Louder" Skrout. She is survived by: her father Frank Skrout; her son Charles P. Skrout; her nephew Joey Orlosky; and her siblings, Vicki Cummings and Scott Skrout (Stacy). She is also survived by several nieces and great nieces and nephews.
