It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Ragusa of Wind Gap, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph T. Ragusa; her parents, Joseph Votypka and Pearl Sinclair Votypka; and her brother Richard Votypka. She is survived by : her children, Krista of Wind Gap and Matthew (Stephanie) of Pen Argyl; her stepson Thomas; and her grandchildren, Thomas, Jordan, Antonio, Xavier, Braxton and Lex.

Memorial donations in Donna's name may be offered to the American Lung Association, http://www.lung.org.
