He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Yeater of Cameron, WV, Michelle Forinash (Larry) of Wind Ridge, PA, Patricia "Babe" Headley of Wind Ridge, PA and Patrick Headley of Wind Ridge, PA; his grandchildren, Callie Truitt, Cody, Sadie Headley and Toni Doman; his great grandchildren, Harlan and Kimber Truitt; his sister Shirley Beckman of Columbia, OH; his pet Smokey; and his siblings, Harry Headley, Esther Kubico, Betty Hammond, Ruby Hughes and Ruth Headley.
