She is survived by: her husband William Simms, Sr.; her children, William J. Simms, Jr. of Wind Ridge, PA, Debra Fitzgerald (John) of Moundsville, WV and John Wayne Simms of Cameron, WV; her grandchildren, Kayla Fitzgerald of Belaire, OH, Grace Fitzgerald of Moundsville, Johnathan of Cameron, WV, Corey of Cameron, WV and Liana Simms of Cameron, WV; and her great grandchildren, Karalyne Nice, Greyson Fitzgerald and Klayton Fitzgerald.
