It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Welker of Woodland, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Darrel R. Welker and Pauline J. Welker (Green); and his nephew Allen Welker II. He is survived by : his sons, Neil R. Welker II (Cheryl) of Woodland and Tim Welker (Missy) of Woodland; his brother Allen Welker of Flagler Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Leitzel (Carson), Jennifer Altemus (Ryan), Taylor Welker and Ryan Welker; and his great grandchildren, Madelynn, Kadey and Gavin. He is also survived by dogs.
