With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth L. (Scheivert) Dean (Woodlyn, Pennsylvania), born in Lenni, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis H. Scheivert and Elsie Thompson Scheivert; her husband Joseph D. Dean; and her brother Vincent Scheivert. She is survived by : her friend Ipad; her children, Joseph D. Dean, Jr. (Kim), William F. Dean (Kate) and Elizabeth L. Dougherty (Mike); her stepdaughters, Donna Lewandowski (Ron), Catherine Bromley (late Dennis), Karen P. Dean, Anne "Nancie" D'Apollo (Mike) and Deborah Smyth (John); her siblings, Michael, Kenneth Scheivert, Rita Wheeler and Patricia Moyer; and her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Michael, Hayden, Ava, Austin, Nathan, Claire, Vivian and Zoe. She is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren.
