Blanche Chenger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2020, at the age of 92, Blanche Chenger (Wyomissing, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Blanche Chenger to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert D. Elliott and Willette M. Elliott (Fry); her husband Joseph Raymond Chenger, Jr.; her children, David Jonathan Zerr and Lynn Ann Rutkowski (Zerr); her grandson Jonathan David Rutkowski; and her sister Roxana G. Faust.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Daniel Rutkowski of Shillington, PA; her granddaughter Michelle Lynn Rutkowski; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Hillman of Monongahela, PA and Francis Chenger of Tampa, FL.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greater Reading Mental Health Alliance, 1234 Penn Ave, Wyomissing, PA 19610 in memory of Blanche.
