He is survived by: his fiancée Eleanor Kurtz; and his children, Bradley D. (Kathleen), David R. Jr. (Cynthia), Kerry G. (Angela) and Lori J. Bush (Ronald). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; and two step great grandchildren with a great grandson.
