He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Bochniak and Veronica Bochniak (Niziolek). He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Bochniak (Allan); his children, Cindy T. (Russell Redmond), Karen M. Farris, Michael E. Bochniak (Cynthia G. Bochniak), Vicki A. (Richard Carter), Diane L. (Stephen Novis) and Jennifer E. (David Bednez); his brother Anthony; and his grandchildren, Katie Craft, Patrick Redmond, Colleen Giaimo, Andrew Farris, Robert Bochniak, Stephen Bochniak, Kimberly Pereira, Scott Bochniak, William Carter, Richard Carter, Stephen Novis, Alex Novis, Alexis Bednez and Madison Bednez. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, with two additional great grandchildren.
