He is survived by: his wife Loretta M. Kostick (Anuszewski); his children, Jeffrey Kostick, Sinking Spring, George Kostick, Jr., Kristin (Joseph Rogosky), Kimberly (Torrance Johnson) and Rochelle (William Longenecker); his grandchildren, Jessica H., Nicole, Rebecca, Billy, Brenna, Patrick, Jessica P., Joshua and Alexander; his great grandchildren, Aryton, Abigail, Isabella and Xavier; and his siblings, Anna Skillman, Helen Poper and David Kostick.
