It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Crouse (Wyomissing, Pennsylvania), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Ming-Su Crouse (Hsu); and his parents, Gail S. Crouse and Irene P. Crouse (Churchill). He is survived by: his brothers, Glenn C. Crouse (Barb Crouse) of North Wales, PA and Eric A. Crouse (Ruth Crouse) of Hellertown, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
