He was predeceased by: his parent Pearl Catchmark (Urban). He is survived by: his parent Michael Catchmark; his children, John, Mohnton, Joanne and Jim; and his grandchildren, Jessica Andruchek, Rebecca Andruchek of Minersville, John Catchmark and Kate Catchmark.
