He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph F. Barrett and Laura Barrett (James); his wife Mary Shirley (Howell); and his children, Patricia Gombos (Ray) of Fairfield, Conn., David Barrett (Tracy-Lynn) of Johnson, Vt., Joseph J. Barrett, Jr. (Jean) of Barnet, Vt., Mary Elizabeth Barrett of Hershey, Kathleen Hill Fuhrman (Jere) of Wyomissing and Christine Barrett-Kucenski (Steve) of Laureldale. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
