He was predeceased by: his spouse Rosemary Welsh (Denardo); his child Patricia Ann Welsh; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Martin T. Welsh (Donna) of Wyomissing, PA, Mary Rose and Robert T. Welsh (Deborah) of Penn Hills; his grandchildren, Steven Welsh, Heather Rivera (Santiago), Susan Pfab (Michael), Allison Welsh and Katie Welsh; his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Kemmerer and Christina Kemmerer; his great grandchildren, Deanna Welsh and Robbie Rivera; and his sibling Elizabeth Cashmer (late Nelson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
