Troutman (Wyomissing, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. (William Moyer); her grandchildren, Brian Moyer, Becca Troutman Blumenshine and Nate Troutman Blumenshine; and her great grandchildren, Rick Smee, Grace Miller and Katie Moyer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
