He is survived by: his parent Michael Holub, Sr.; his daughter Susan; his spouses, Salvatore Vallone of Sinking Spring, PA and Jacques Price of Reading, PA; his son Dennis M. Holub of Reading, PA.; and also Priscilla A.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

The family requests donations to St. Francis Home, 135 Hillside Drive Shillington, PA 19607.
