He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Spirelis and Irene Spirelis; his wife Nicole F. Spirelis (Turpin); and his siblings, Gust, James, Theodore, Victoria, Esther and Mae.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Christine Ghelfi (Tony Ghelfi) and David Gehris (Roni); and his grandchildren, Jack, Katie and Leah Gehris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
