He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Overley and Marie B. Overley (Dougherty); his wife Maria Luisa Overley (Soto); and his sisters, Shirley Marie Overley (DeBeck) and Ruth Ellen Overley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Judith L, W. Scott Overley, Benjamin D. Overley, Patrick B. Overley of Sebastian, FL and Timothy Overley. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
