It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Sevester Beard of York New Salem, Pennsylvania, born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen Beard (Edgar) and Charles S. Beard, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Alice Beard (Dapp); his daughters, Susan Krebs (Michael), Cynthia Kile (David) and Katherine Anderson (Tommy); and his brothers, Gregory Beard (Shirley) and Lance Beard (Kim). He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
