He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bitner and Barbara Sharp (Pine). He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Bitner (Balek); his children, Zachary R. Bitner (Julie) of York Springs and Niccole R. Harder of York Springs; his grandchildren, Gracie Harder, Norah Harder, Ayla Bitner and Cole Bitner; his sisters, Diana Sharp of Dover and Heidi Strikers of Dillsburg; his stepsister Lori McAllister of Marysville; his stepfather Gerald Sharp; and his sister Geraldine Sheridan.
