She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Arcidiacono and Settimia Arcidiacono (Pietoso). She is survived by: her husband Frank Spagnolo; her children, Nick Spagnolo (Josie), Domenica Spagnolo Klinger (Garrett) and Giuseppe Spagnolo (Rachael); her grandchildren, Franklin, Michael, Olivia, Emily and Johnathon; and her siblings, Anna Garofolo, Pasquale, Emilio and Gino Arcidiacono. She is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital for Children, 500 St. Jude Place., Memphis TN 38105.
