Blevins, Sr.; her parent Emma Smeltzer (Dietz); her stepsons, John Blevins and Richard Blevins, Jr.; and her siblings, Kimberly Nace of York, Larry Smeltzer of Hanover, Robert Smeltzer and Meredith Smeltzer.
